Campervan Cooking is born

Sunday today and all systems go for the take of our first episode of Campervan Cooking.  This episode is dedicated to Eclectic beef,why, well the Eastern Cape is the beef capital of South Africa, so why not!!!!  Off to the shower with me, makeup on, hair neat and while I’m doing all that, John is busily setting us his outside studio.  The day was coolish so it was really nice to film without perspiration running down my neck and face.   We finished off round lunchtime, then John spent the rest of the day editing and putting it together, only to find the upload impossible as we didn’t have 3G,so the upload would have to wait till Tuesday when he was off to see Chris for his second of several lessons in truck driving.
