Oh WOW, what an amazing location. Their slogan ‘a piece of paradise nestled in nature’, describes exactly what it is. Owner run and abely assisted by Jannie and her husband, Green Fountain is definitely a place I would revisit again. The resort has a little of everything, 22 upmarket thatched villas that are available for rental, a driving range, a chapel for weddings, also great as a wedding venue, abely assisted by Jannie who doubles up as an Executive Chef (as well as Manager, shew, quite a task) and will tantilise your taste buds with her decadant menu. Great for kids, a pond sporting ducks and ducklings that make their way through the Reception of Green Fountain, like royalty, zebras, ostriches, who stand guard and two simming pools. An undercover braai area in the camping and caravanning section and the BEST eva for me, was each campsite/caravan site had its own bathroom. What’s more appealing, out of season, our pensioners rates were really attractive. R130 per campsite per night. Great value for money. Our bathrooms were expertly cleaned each day, dustbins emptied and the whole ambience of Green Fountain was a big positive. The entrance to Green Fountain is also manned at night by a security guard. A big 10/10 for Green Fountain.
